Samsung Door - Diaphragm Wf338 Part # Dc64-00802B,Gray

Update - after using this product for appx 20 months, I have had no negative experience. It continues to seal well and has had no observable problem with fit over this period of time. Despite the difference in product number as mentioned in my original review, I am bumping up the rating to 5 stars.Finding the proper replacement part number for any appliance can be challenging. I purchased this for a Samsung WF210ANW front-load washer. It seems that Dc64-00802B works with many models. The box containing the door diaphragm was labeled Dc64-00802B, but the actual part was stamped with Dc64-00802A. I am not sure of the difference between the two. On top of this, upon removal of the old diaphragm, it had a part number stamped on it as DC64-02613A - a part number that does not even show up in the Samsungparts.com database. However, it seems to be similar enough that it fits and no leaks noted on a test washing after I installed it. There are several good videos online that will walk you though the steps to remove and replace a door diaphragm.

It's not hard yet not easy to replace this part. Direct fit for the original.

Fits great, no leak, works great

I'm really surprised of how good a product this is and how well it fit. It's just really hard to get it to fit on there but once you take your time, it's perfect. This was for my Samsung front loader. Have used the machine a couple of times in no leaks and it's so nice to not see all that mold that was on the previous gasket.

The door seal was fairly easy to install once you find and watch a video a few times before and during your installation. Be sure to get the model number from the washer so that you order the correct seal. The whole job from start to finish was approximately 2 hours. I took a picture at each step of disassembly to ensure I was able to correctly get the unit reassembled after installing the new seal. Part fit great and now no leaking and no expensive service call.

OEM part as description suggests. Not a hard install with proper tools and a little help from google. Would advise having an extra set of hands during the job though.

This is not part # Dc64-00802B as described. Instead, it is Dc64-00802A. Also, pay attention to who fulfills the product. In this case, it is not Samsung. The product that was sent is an aftermarket part. No need to pay over $20 extra because you think it is a Samsung part...it's not. Less expensive options available.
