**Q: What is it the thing for?**
A: It is to keep shoes in good shape: literally. Stick it in the shoe when you’re not wearing it, and it keeps the form of the front of the shoes.

**Q: Will these stretch the toe in women Muk Luk boots? They are my size but made for really flat toes lol.**
A: I would not expect these to stretch the toe. These are great for holding shape, but the springs are not super strong. I would get the wooden trees that you can crank to spread the toe.
