These plums are grown organically, in the Langhe area in Piedmint. They are processed within few hours of being picked, adding only natural syrup made just with water and sugar cane. The result is a product preserved with the same characteristics of a fresh product with unique organoleptic properties, enhancing the distinctive flavor of this particular variety of plum. They are great as they are or to make delicious desserts, and on gelato. The syrup is good to drink!
