Like: Arrived quickly and directly to my door.Dislike: Not an official LG part by the looks of it and nothing like the image provided in the listing.You can see the original part on the right of the image and the part I received on the left.Disappointed.

Colour is different to the OEM found in the machine. There is a note in the box that states the colour was changed for manufacturing purposes but us an OEM product.Works well but does make more noise than the original part. For that reason alone I removed a star.

It has a little different mounting plate but still installs to replace the old one with any modifications. Original one had only two mounting screw holes but this one has four. Two right ones and the other two are probably for a different model. Powered up machine and tested, no more leaks. Great.

I Ordered hot water inlet the same time as the cold water inlet to make sure I would solve the problem. Install was quick and easy. The FE error on my LG washer has not appeared since parts have been replaced. Very simple and huge cost savings vs calling service person in to repair.

The product was easy to install. Our washing machine was leaking and after installing this, no more leaks. The washing machine has been used several times since the new one was installed and there have been no problems.
