A: Not sure about returns, they are pretty heavy for shipping

A: The middle part is rough (where the red label is).

**Q: Can these be used to work turn out muscles for ballet dancers?  Stand on discs and plie in second position?**
A: Yes, I believe that is the main purpose for which my daughter uses them.
