Pretty lantern + Great customer service
While I had an issue with the lantern when it arrived (I only recieved glass panes to fit the door of the lantern), customer service was able to sort the problem out and is sending me the correct panes for the rest of the lantern.The lantern is really pretty, and looks exactly as pictured. It is much lighter in wieght than I thought itwould be.

Cute piece to add to any room
The media could not be loaded. The glass for the lantern is a pain in the butt to put in. You got to be careful not to cut your finger. If only they were built in to save you the hassle. Besides this, very cute piece to add to any room and for a reasonable price.

It's ok
I accidentally rated the seller with these comments. It's not the Seller who is the issue. It's the product. Not what I expected. Looks ok and will do, but should have paid a little more and gone to Pottery Barn or FrontGate.

I love them. Cost is very fair for these. Some of the glass was hard to install and needed some pliers to bend the metal to make them work. But we love them.
