One for my boyfriend who gets hot at works and has lower back pain. I also got one for his father who has sciatica. It's a great product because of the any size fitting band. It stays on well and the cool pack doesn't freeze solid it actually stays in gel form. I kept it in the freezer overnight and was suprised that it wasn't rock hard. The band itself isn't scratchy and is in fact soft and comfortable. Which provides a nice barrier between the cold pack and your skin.
