It has the perfect combination of cushion and firmness—soft enough to protect my joints, but firm enough to give me stability for every move. I’ve been using it for all my P90X workouts (plyo, cardio, yoga, weights—you name it), and it’s held up beautifully. No slipping, no bunching, and it’s wide enough that I’m not constantly stepping off the edge mid-exercise. Great quality, super durable, and well worth the price. Highly recommend for anyone doing high-impact workouts at home! Review: Great work out mat for traction and floor protection - We bought this to do cardio workouts in our home gym, primarily to protect the beautiful hardwood floors. It works great! - The mat does not slip once laid out on the hardwood floors - It is easy to roll over to clean and shine the floors (but it is heavy!!) - It is very durable. The second pictures shows all the scuffs from the weights and shoes. It definitely protects our floors and holds up to abuse. You can use a damp rag to clean then. - It provides fantastic traction when wearing work out shoes for exercise like mountain-climbers Of note, we wish we got a bigger size. This mat is tight for two people to workout at the same time. If you are tall (I am 6'00"), you will barely fit in width-wise when doing some exercises. Consider what size would work best for you and your room. Highly recommend this mat. I hope this review was helpful! ## Features - 【WORKOUT WITHOUT RESTRICTION】Extra long & wide for all types of CARDIO WORKOUT like P90X and Insanity, for DANCE WORKOUT like T25 and Zumba, for HOME GYM EXERCISE like Weightlifting, Jump Rope, Sit-up or Stretch. It's very large (area rug) ,thick and durable. Lays perfectly over hardwood floors (except for when it first arrived rolled up in a box, I had to put weights on the corners to flatten it out). You do have to pay attention to the packaging to know what side your laying down but it was easy. I love it we walk all over it daily. ## Frequently Bought Together - GXMMAT Large Exercise Mat 6'x4'/6'x5'/6'x6'(7mm), Thick Workout Mats for Home Gym Flooring, Extra Wide Non-Slip Durable Cardio Mat, Shoe Friendly, Perfect for Plyo, MMA, Jump Rope, Weights, Fitness - FLYBIRD Weight Bench, Adjustable Strength Training Bench for Full Body Workout with Fast Folding-New Version - CAP Barbell Dumbbell Set with Rack | Multiple Options in 150lbs and 210lbs --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/263876722-gxmmat-large-exercise-mat-6x4-6x5-6x6-7mm-thick-workout](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/263876722-gxmmat-large-exercise-mat-6x4-6x5-6x6-7mm-thick-workout) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
