Review: Almost there! - As with a lot of other reviews, I logged about 1-2 minutes of actual run time prior to failure. First, it quit turning, then the ballast diaphragm wouldn’t extend. This is such a cool toy though! I had a submarine when I was a kid and it used a propeller to suck it down under water, this uses actual water and air to do it! Back to the drawing board, you almost got it!

Great fun for 6 year old grandson. Had to buy one for myself! You can hear the ballast blow before submerging. For a large amount of water like a swimming pool, stick the tip of the antenna in the water to carry the signal. Very maneuverable.
