Boveda 84% Reed Humidity Control Packs, Size 8, 10-Pack – Limits Splitting

Just what I needed. Have used these in the past and they work well to keep my bagpipe chanter reeds stable in a Tone Protector.

I don't really smoke cigars often, but I like to have a few around just for those occasions where I would like to have one. I recently stepped up my storage game a bit and got a cheap Humidor instead of using a bag and make things look a little more presentable. After doing some research on RH levels and what you need to do to properly store your cigars these things come up quite often. So I tried a few just to see how they worked and so far they've been doing the job, and quite well. I got the 10 pack of 8 grams because I have a small 10 cigar humidor and in retrospect, I probably should have just got the 60-gram pack. These did the job though although I need like 4 of them in the 10 cigar humidor. Lesson learned though, but seriously. these are awesome even if you don't smoke very often, just keep up the maintenance which these take the guesswork out of.

Great for keeping my bagpipe reeds moist and lasts and 3 mos.

The Boveda's work great and get the job done. With that said, pay attention to the fact that these are EIGHT (8) grams and not the standard 60 gram packets. Thus, you have to use a minimum of 3 to keep a humidor of 50 cigars humidified. Since these are smaller, they will also dry out quicker [the package says replace after 2 weeks]. I thought for the price and quantity that I was getting a steal, but I'd rather buy the 60 gram individual packets

Use these for my bagpipe tone protector. Work well and love the bulk pack. Seem to last a long time. I would buy these again.

The humidity packs work well and don't go stale until a couple weeks have passed after opening.

Great moisture pack for your Bagpipe Reeds!

Ça fonctionne bien pour mes anches de cornemuse

I am using these humidity control packs to keep the pipe chanter reeds for my bagpipes at an even humidity level. I am very satisfied. They do what they are supposed to do. I was very happy to find them on Amazon, as my former supplier is no longer in business. The price is very reasonable.
