Ice Cream Summer Eating - Paperback

Some lovely recipes. Have now bought it for my daughter.

Haven't tried the recipes yet but the book seems great. Really nice photographs with each recipe. Has recipes of classic flavors of ice-cream and gelato along with some fancier ones. The ingredients are simple.. eggs (some are eggless recipes too), milk, cream, sugar etc.. and the book explains how to make the ice cream in case you don't have an ice cream maker. Would love to try them out soon!
