I ordered this laser assembly and installed it and then my Xbox One was fixed and could again read discs. You'll need special plastic pry tools and special screwdriver bits to get the Xbox One open and you must watch some "Xbox One Teardown" videos on YouTube to see what to do, but in the end it worked out just fine.
