Not working? This is a separate usb antenna and will not "fix" anything inside of a laptop. Thats now how technology works. This would be used instead of the internal wireless (ac7265) card. As for being compatible the the TP-link Archer Ax3000, then yes to that, however, the ax3000 has a theoretical higher throughput than this antenna can fully use. Your router is wifi6 tech, and this antenna is ac tech. The router supports all backwards standards, so it will work "down" to the ac standard. It all dont matter anyway, unless you are getting gig internet. A new interal ac7265 is about the same price as this antenna too, and that also manages your bluetooth connections to the laptop. This antenna would not help with bluetooth. Might be worth a look to replace that card instead. Not hard if there is a door on the laptop to get to it. Just a slot for the card and two little antenna wires.
