Review: Cool, lightweight and comforting - I absolutely love this “blanket”. I remember the muslins I used for my daughter when she was little and that nostalgia, paired with the heatwaves this summer, pushed me to give this a try. It is breathable and cool for these tropical nights, very soft and the perfect thickness, it’s light but much nicer than a normal sheet, yet warm enough to snuggle into in the middle of the night when i get cold shoulders. No nasty smell either. It’s more than big enough for a single bed and it doesn’t catch when my cat plays paddy paws on it enthusiastically. So impressed that my daughter bought one too.

It’s plenty big enough for my side of the bed so when I toss & turn it covers me well if I need it. Easy to throw off as well if I can’t tolerate any cover whatsoever. I’ve even packed it up and taken it with me for weekends away so I know I will sleep well. It’s good quality, feels like cotton (can’t remember the actual cotton content) and it washes well. I’ve tried bamboo bedding with the lowest tog duvet and a menopause sheet to no avail. So glad I’ve found something that works for me. It’s a nice neutral colour and design too so it goes well with any decor. Can recommend for all you ladies of a certain age ;0) I might buy another for when this one is in the wash :0)
