I can usually take bad tasting things quickly and this was hard to get past so I quit taking it. Fast forward several months later and I have some health problems that I believe are a result of deficiencies and imbalances in my body so I start a regimen of supplements to heal myself. One of the things I am also trying to do is drink more water and stay hydrated so I pull this product out of the cabinet to try again and read the directions. It says to mix 1/2 tsp in 8 oz of water and work way up to 1 tsp. a day. I was decide to try and dilute it more by mixing 1/2 tsp in 16 oz of water since less water made me gag and I need to drink more anyway. It was very tolerable this way. I wouldn't say I love the taste, you can definitely tell it's not plain water, but it's also not bad. So I recommend diluting this as much as you need to take. To make it take even better, I will add a liquid I. V. packet to my magesium water. My routine now is to split a one liquid I.V. flavor packet between 2 16 ounce glasses of water with my 1/2 tsp of magesium. I take one of my glasses mid-day during or after lunch and my other glass before bed. I drink more water this way and get all my minerals. I definitely can feel improvement with my body. I don't know if it is all attributed to this supplement because I am taking several, but I do believe it is an important part of my routine that I will keep up. So don't just throw the product away because of taste. Definitely try to dilute more or even add in additional flavor. I mix 1sp into 32oz water and drink half of that on empty stomach in the AM. I then top that bottle off with water and finish the bottle through out the day. Noticeable boost in energy and bowel movements more regular. I have not been thirsty at all and urine is pale yellow. I feel good and skin is noticeably less than usual during the cold winter months.
