It arrived on time, and although the box said "Team Lift," I live alone, so getting it into my apartment was definitely a workout—it was heavy! Thankfully, I managed to get it inside safely. I assembled the desk by myself, with my daughter helping me with just one step. Overall, the instructions were easy to follow, and assembly took me about an hour since I'd never built a desk before. Now that I know how it goes together, I could definitely do it much faster. The standing feature is my favorite! It raises and lowers so smoothly and quietly, and I love that you can save your preferred heights. The built-in charging ports are also incredibly convenient. I've been working from home for about a month now, and this desk has been one of the best purchases I've made. It's well worth the money, and I highly recommend it! ## Features - WORK IN COMFORT: Create a healthier home office with this electric standing desk that adjusts smoothly from 28.9" to 46.5".
