(It says in the ad to use with wooden shoe stretchers...)** A: Honestly I don't know if you can use with plastic. I don't have either of the wooden OR the plastic shoe stretchers.. I sprayed put the shoes on with socks (kind of thick) then when I took the shoes off I stuffed the toe area with damp washclothes **Q: Can this be used on real alligator or crocodile shoes ?** A: I use this product on every different type of shoes I have. I have sprayed on on leather, suede and I have a lattice material shoe and they are not harmed. I do not have the ones you are talking about so I can’t say one way or another whether you can use it. The product works with the stretching. I sprayed it liberally inside my very tight boots. Wore the boots a few hours, and it loosened them up. I did one more application about a week later and now my boots don't hurt my feet any more. It was easy to use. I just turned my boot upside down, held the spray in my hand right side up. I put my hand into the boot & sprayed well. Waited 5 minutes and put the boot on and wore it for a few hours.
