I had some Manzella glove liners I liked for running, but three of those four gloves disappeared in the wash. Those are no longer made, so I decided to try these. They are advertised as a running glove, lightweight and good for wicking away moisture. They are not warmth gloves and don't pretend to be, but they keep the wind and chill off the hands. The silk and Spandex blend provides a smooth, snug fit which is comfortable and allows good freedom of movement with the fingers. They're also excellent for what runners need although it's not often discussed: as a hanky substitute. When I run in cold or windy weather, my eyes water and my nose runs. I wiped away the tears and snot, and the gloves took it up and almost immediately evaporated it away, unlike cotton gloves. They were dry at the end of the run. I haven't washed them yet, so I can't discuss that, but at the low price, they don't have to be too durable. They do not work with a touchscreen.
