There are no interior walls.** A: According to the manufacture - place one pack per 150' square feet. With your dimensions - you will need approximately 50 packs. I would recommend using some kind of 'Mint' Scented spray **Q: How often do we need to change the bat repellent packets?** A: Ours lasted a couple of months. Scent declined over time, but bats have not come back. We also sprayed the area where bats were present with an animal repellent. **Q: We have a bat in the attic. Do we have to close up the windows? They have screens.** A: We have bats rousting at night on the side of the house leaving bat droppings on the concrete and of all the products such as this and the electronics ones, none worked to get rid of the bats. Now we leave the porch lights on and now we don't have any droppings on the concrete. I'm thinking of investing in a couple of solar LED lights for a more permanent cure.
