I've been gaming all my life, and yet here I am as some twenty something and I have yet to purchase gaming headsets for a surround sound advantage to help immerse myself in games. So, looking at all the options I thought I had to purchase a $100+ headset just to get the effect I was looking for.However, when I stumbled on this product I was taken back by how too good it sounds. For the price it was offering it seemed too good to be true, but even with my doubts I went ahead and ordered. And thank god I did, because this was probably one of the best gaming purchases I've ever made.The surround sound effect is great, and really adds a new level of immersion I never experienced in games. It fits nicely on my head, and I never experienced any cramps or tight fits with this thing. Honestly I'm shocked by how good this thing is, and I'm glad I purchased it.

I've had this for about 20 months. You get what you pay for.Cons:- made of cheap materials- the volume adjustment wheel broke: it's held in place by 2 screws inside the left earphone. The plastic connecting it to one of the screws broke, and I had to jerry rig it back into place by wrapping it in a twist tie and pulling it to the outside.- the plastic holding the flexible mic in place broke and it wobbles around.The pros:- everything about it still works perfectly fine- the sound quality is good- the actual ear cushions are still in perfect condition and is constructed just as well if not better than the cushions on my Bose headphones that tore from normal use in just 1 year (these lasted longer, again, review 20 months after purchase- despite my complaints about the microphone and volume control breaking loose, they still actually work. The microphone is still adjustable enough with a little finagling.- the cable itself is very durable, sleeved well, and shows no sign of wear and tearOverall, it's a cheap product with several flaws that haven't impacted the actual performance. If you want a well made product that will be in perfect condition a year after use, don't buy this. But if you're on a budget and need a gaming headset, this performs all of its essential functions while still being very comfortable.Considering how much I paid for it, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I can see why people reviewing another listing of this product complain about sound in the right ear going out. Unfortunately, my return window just passed, or I would return these headphones. They are gorgeous-looking and comfortable, but the sound in the right ear doesn't work consistently. The microphone seems to work fine.REVIEW EDITED 7/27/18:The seller contacted me yesterday and kindly offered me a refund or replacement. I opted for the refund since I remember reading that several other people had had the same issue, and I did not want to risk running into that issue again with another headset. Amazon indicated that the refund had been issued. I am thankful that I was able to get resolution for the defect with the product.

I know this headset gets a lot of attention online but it doesn't meet the hype. First of all its absolutely massive. Biggest headphones I've ever worn, not that they would fit someone with a huge head, they're just massive and bulky. Sound quality was ok. Mic was ok. They are not comfortable. The ear cups have no rotation, they are fixed in a parallel position. The problem is that our heads aren't shaped like that. This leads to the headphones not sealing around your ears and pushing very hard on the front side of my ears with a gap around the back side of my ears. This became very uncomfortable and painful.

Great headset for the price! Y-connector was included with my purchase even though it said it is not included. I’ve been using these for three months with no problems. Everyone thinks I have an amazing headset because my mic is so clear. I’ve been using these for fortnite and they give me great 3D enemy awareness. They are not the best headphones out there, but these are truly amazing headphones for the price and unless you’re a pro gamer you probably don’t need anything better than this.

These headphones were quite the surprise. My oldest son practically lives on his Xbox and needed a new set of headphones as his other pair broke. I wasn’t expecting this great of quality considering we barely spent $15 on this. Probably better than integer brands that cost $100+! The colors change when you have them plugged into a computer. A little bumbed it can’t glow colors while playing ps4 (essentially, the usb has to be plugged in in order for the colors to glow)But that’s just a visual thing. These headphones are amazing quality!

What can I say other than you get what you pay for? This is a great set of gamer-esque headphones and it doesn't cost much. The sound is good and the quality is surprisingly "my room is a mess and I'm a clumsy walker" proof, if that makes any sense. The cusions are very comfy and the adjustable microphone is a nice touch.I guess if I HAD to make a complaint, it's that there could be a better place for the onboard volume dial. Maybe on the cord. But, even as I typed this I was getting used to where it was located.I would recommend these headphones if you are like me and on a budget and can't afford to lose or break your headphones and if you're looking for a gamer aesthetic. Great item.
