I bought the griddle to use on my gas stove to replace that skinny little 'griddle' that came with it. This is SO much better! The griddle (and all their other pots/pans) heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and is SO easy to clean! I was barely able to grill one grilled cheese sammie on the old griddle - I can grill 8 on this one! I can't wait to cook pancakes and bacon! I ALWAYS highly recommend Hexclad cookware and knives. I got so tired of having to replace cookware every 2 years. That gets expensive! Hexclad is the LAST cookware I will ever have to buy! I've been using my cookware daily since 2023 and they all still look brand new. Although I usually handwash my cookware, I have put it in the dishwasher on occasion, and it handles it well.
