The only thing that I can interpret is that these guys setup the screw end backward which in turn forced the device to bend when tightening thus damaging it. There was a video from a purchaser which indicated that the screw device was defective because there was no way to pass the wire though the sodder area thus the device was garbage. This area of the screw section is intentionally sealed and the wire goes around it. It's a pity that the purchaser didn't know this because this is a great product. If I can install this, so can you.
