The chair seat is very comfortable, the back is not. I had to add a pillow for lumbar support because the chair did not fit me well. If leaning back in the chair, it is very comfortable, but sitting upright, the back is just not supportive. The arms are height adjustable and are somewhat hard and not comfortable to rest your arms on for an extended period of time. The wheels rattle when moving around, which is just a small annoyance, but no big deal. The chair is height adjustable and raises up quite high which I really like. Overall it seems good quality and will last though I'm interested to see how the material of the seat wears. It feels really nice and I'm hopeful it is durable.

Package was shipped with TFORCE and there was no status update other than carrier picked the shipment. Apparently package was delivered to another address in my community. I requested refund after a month thinking that package is not delivered yet and then seller shared the pic of delivery. Finally I got the shipment after a month. I reported this to seller but I never got any response.Chair is easy to assemble and it's just okay to use. IMO its over priced.

Chair was comfortable and seemed ok. But about 3 months after purchase it suddenly started to drop down. You can put it back up and it will stay up a while. But then suddenly a day or 2 later it drops again. For $275 you’d think it would last longer then 3 months.I already contacted Amazon and the seller but they both say only 30 day warranty. I can’t even find a way to contact Amazon customer support for a return or credit on this pos.So save your money, time and frustration.

Surprised me how affordable and yet comfortable this chair is. Got it on sale for about $120 and this feels better than the $500 chair I was comparing it with.

I tested almost every chair at staples, office max and a few more office furniture stores, this chair fit my back the best, surprisingly. I’m 6’4” and it was difficult finding a chair to fit my height but this one does it! I can’t speak to lasting quality since I’ve only had it for a few weeks but build quality so far has been excellent! My only complaint is that the base is leather so it gets hot!
