Great tracker.
Have worn it for little over a month and it is very handy. I love that is tracks sleep time automatically. Also does a great job of tracking steps - not fooled by arm motions when you're not actually walking. The only time it doesn't seem to count steps accurately is when you're pushing a shopping cart or stroller. Not sure why but it just doesn't count any steps then (even if you let your arm swing and push only with the other hand). But that is a minor thing. Overall, I find it very useful. I can look at it at various times during the day and if I haven't walked as much as I'm trying to, I just walk around until I'm at my goal. The main thing I would change about it, is adding a reminder function. It would be nice if it would beep or vibrate when you're behind your set goal (so many steps by noon, by 3:00, or 6:00 for example). Also, as compare to other trackers I tried before this one, the strap stays on well. It hasn't come undone or fallen off at all. I know that should go without saying - but the others kept falling off. The Life Trak stays on and is comfortable. I only take it off to shower. And somehow it knows the difference between when I leave it on the counter and when I'm sleeping. I don't know how, but it does. Consequently that time is not included in sleep time.

Almost there
This pedometer watch comes close. The pulse feature is very accurate. the pedometer is a little iffy when checked against others, but if you are just power walking or running, it appears to be good. The sleep feature is fun and seems pretty accurate in terms of rest if not actual sleep. The major drawback with this watch is that the black face is extremely difficult to read, in good light it is OK, but in dim light or at night (even with the built in "light") it is useless. When they bring out the same watch with a white face, I'm all over it!

Life Trak Zone C410 Vs. The Fitbit flex
I now have both the Life Trak Zone C410 and the the Fitbit Flex. I like them both but the ability to see all my goals without syncing is sure a big selling point for the C410. The C410 lets me track progress to my goals all day long and that is a great motivator for me. I like to get my goals met early in the day then relax. The Fitbit Flex is great too but since I don't carry a smart phone, syncing to my home or office computer is required to get goal updates.I guess it depends on what your personal needs are but I'd sure recommend either the Life Trak Zone C410 or the the Fitbit Flex. The C410 gives constant feed back but the Flex is smaller with great computer or smart phone feedback.

Better than the more expensive brands
I bought one for myself and one for my wife. It does everything that the more expensive fitness trackers do and its all done on my wrist. While I have had this a co-worker has gone through 2 FitBits. I like it, comfortable, not to big, and it does sync to a smartphone or tablet.

Great tracker, but save your money until they have a better app.
I have had my C410 for a week now and its ok. the website says it works with the free app from Argus. but in fact the app costs $1.99. i know thats a small price, but when you are told its free... the Argus app works well, but there is no way to track and trend calorie intake on the watch or the app. it shows calories burned. would be nice to track both. the sleep monitor on the watch works well, but not when it uploads to the app. there is no trending of sleep hours or quality in the app. if i spend another $1.99 i can buy Azumio's sleep tracker and then have to keep my phone on the bed all night. isnt this why i bought the Lifetrak? Great watch and activity tracker, but the app they have linked with falls short. im disappointed so far.

Good looking but poor screen
I bought it for my father. The watch is pretty pretty good looking and fashion, it's even ok to wear to the office. For people who've never used a functional watch before, I think it's ok and easy to use.The only problem is, the screen contrast is very poor, I'm under 30 yrs old but I feel a little bit hard to read it, not to say my father.

LifeTrak C410 and Argus Application, Potential to be Amazing!
Update: December 23rd, 2013Added Run Keeper App to my iPhone and Synched to Argus!Good:1. The Run Keeper application tracked my run really well and then synched and accurately displayed the data in the Argus application. Run Keeper accurately tracked my run with time, distance, and from what I can tell elevation. I especially like the map view of the run.Bad:1. Not sure I need 3 visible tiles within Argus to show the same information. I think 1 tile would have been enough. Furthermore, when you open any tile it shows the same data. Easy fix!Update: December 18th, 2013You can get an iTunes credit if you reach out to someone at LifeTrak for the $1.99 cost of the application. You can contact them by messaging or commenting on there Facebook page.Good:1. Nice to have an application that "seemingly" can track everything. (problem is with the detail in the items tracked)2. Integration with more devices including the Withings Smart Body AnalyzerArgus Application and LifeTrak Device Needs Integration Improvement:1. You can now sync sleep but, it is only the duration and none of the details that would indicate quality of sleep, even though the device seems to track this via movement throughout the night.2. It would be nice if you could get the same detail that the Argus application seems to provide on the data it tracks natively, versus the basic and non-detailed data imported from the LifeTrak device. Again, the LifeTrak device seems to track detailed information but, it is not imported/used nor available via the application.3. Need/Want to be able to import data from workout application like Fitness Buddy which is also an Azumio application.Agree 100% with Shiela's review. I originally only commented on her review but, now I am leaving one of my own since I am going to update based on my more recent experience and since they have updated the Argus App.Original Comments:I paid the $1.99 and it annoyed me that they said it was free. This was seemingly the most comprehensive device that I could find but the Argus application is lame as well as the data that can by synced to the Argus application itself. Sleep tracking was a big one for me as my sleep has been really inconsistent. I was hoping it would provide insight as to my sleep quality while I did sleep. Not only does the app not show detailed sleep information to indicate sleep quality but, it doesn't download sleep info at all. You can simply enter the duration manually and that is all. I am trying to remain hopeful that the LifeTrak will sync with a better app at some point in the near future but, I can tell you that this hope is completely unfounded. I have neither read or heard about any other application or improvements to the Argus application. Time will tell but, at this point and time, I cannot recommend the Lifetrak device due to the major shortcomings in the application and device integration.

Very good for functionality
Watch wasn't for me, ended up returning to consider a more smartphone-centric watch in the future. Very good for functionality, but not very stylish and somewhat large.
