It's soap and water in a can, does exactly what it's supposed to do. Comes out in a white foam. With heavy usage of 5 - 8x per day 1 can usually lasts roughly a month.

I bought this foaming mousse like product because I couldn’t get hand sanitizer anywhere. It works really well just rub it in and it goes away fast. I can’t quite determine the antibacterial effects because the can has so much mumbo-jumbo on it I just don’t know. However if it’s soap and water, and I don’t have anything else, I prefer to use it. It also doesn’t have any strong smell, but makes hands smell clean.clean-which is great

My wife originally started using this when she worked doing professional pest control, this is the stuff they would supply their technicians with. Though she's left that company since then, Instant Soap'n water has stayed with us.We use this stuff at home, in our cars, and in our diaper bags. 1 can can easily go 2-3 months even with regular use. I give myself a little hand wash with this after changing almost every diaper and I still have yet to open a new bottle with our 6 week old baby. For those of you who know how often you change a new born's diaper you know that can be easily a dozen times a day.Conclusion: This stuff feels good on the hands, effectively cleans them and lasts a while.

Great to keep in the car for grimy kids hands or yours. Easy to pack on the go. Works like it should.

Covid19 be gone!.I clean houses and a sink is not always available, especially in my car. I need to feel safe and all the hand sanitizer has sold out. First using this I was amazed. It's just like your at a sink. And the smell of soap. Wow! I'm definitely buying more. It seems expensive but during this time I'm paying whatever to stay safe.

Bought to wash hands in car after going to public places due to Corona Virus. Saw this as an equivalent (or maybe even better) than hand sanitizer since it’s advertised as “waterless soap”This product does not properly clean your hands. Leaves hands dirty and sticky.NOT WORTH $25. Should be priced at $5 at most.
