Excellent for pasta making
I use this when making pasta with the Marcato pasta machine. It's a great tool and, though expensive, is absolutely worth it. It will not wear out and it is much nicer to use than a strainer. I keep mine filled with flour in the refrigerator, so it's always handy. It holds plenty of flour, is easy to use, and easy to keep clean. It's not just for making pasta. I use it for almost everything that requires dusting with flour: bread dough, pizza dough, and the like.

É um polvilhador e ponto. Mas incrivelmente bem construído e a tela em forma de domo facilita muito a dispersão de farinha e outros produtos em pó. Todo em alumínio dá a sensação de que vai durar por gerações. É incrivelmente caro mas acredito que valha a pena. Comprarei outro quando surgir uma promoção ou cupom de desconto.
