Purchased a 2nd One after 11 Years. *by H***N on July 3, 2026* I purchased a Hoover PowerScrub Deluxe Carpet Cleaner in June of 2015. I used it frequently in my home. It was easy to use and worked very well. It does take a certain amount of maintenance to keep it working at its best: be sure to give it a good cleaning after each use. The brushes are not easy to clean, but worth the effort to do so. After 11 years of regular use, something broke inside and the the machine will no longer turn the brushes. (The brushes will turn by hand, but the machine won't turn them.) I decided to purchase a new machine of the same kind since it worked so well for me.
