A: Bought 10 sets of strings from Amazon.  Every package had 2 A strings, no D strings, and all strings were not in the correct envelopes.  I opened 8 of the 10 to try and put together a few sets due to an urgent need.  Took forever to dig thru the packages and string 3 guitars.

**Q: My hands get quite sweaty when I play which naturally corrodes the strings rather quickly. Do these corrode easily and are they durable?**
A: I have played professionally for over 35 years and I am also endorsed by SIT Strings. These are the most durable strings I have ever used. I tour with them and record with them. The one thing I always do as soon as I am done with a concert or rehearsal is clean my strings when I put my guitar in the case. I have not had any problems with corrosion.. A: Not that I know of. I use these strings exclusively and I've ordered them many times and I've never opened a set and have extra strings. The person who received the extra strings must have been a recipient of a packaging error. I know for one thing though, that is definitely a bonus!!

So, I used to use Ernie Ball Super Slinky's 9-42 for my standard tuned guitars for YEARS until I found these. They're low cost, last longer and dont oxidize quickly as the Ernie ball Slinky's oh yeah-AND did I mention they actually stay in tune?

If you have several electric guitars, you need multiple sets of strings on hand to keep them ready to go to work. While you may choose fancier strings for recordings, these inexpensive but very good quality strings are worth buying in bulk. They sound good, they last and hold tune like the guitar hero signature brands and fresh strings beat old, dull sounding, expensive strings every time.

I have always been a fan of the 9.5 gauge string. They feel great, fantastic playability, and aren’t overly bright. They bend like a lighter gauge but still have tone.
