A: You can buy refurbished on the Apple website for the same price or less, and it comes with a brand-new battery. I  love Amazon, but some of these sellers will rip you off, so please do your due diligence before buying.

A: When I purchased my refurbished IPhone 12 Pro it was 100%. After having it for almost 1 year it is still at 100%.

**Q: I was wondering if this device will work with T-Mobile Prepaid**
A: We tried a Verizon SIM card and it worked. Definitely locked to Verizon.
