If I were still using powder I WOULD use the highlighter under the powder as it applies so nicely to the skin and it would take a very heavy application of powder to negate the benefits of the highlighter. **Q: I have fair skin and blue eyes, what color should I try?** A: I would use the light one on fair skin. The darker one might look more like bronzer on fair skin. **Q: Is it glittery? My main complaint with highlighters is that out looks like you sprinkled glitter on your face** A: Not glittery at all. Its a beautiful smooth highlight that is honestly one of my all time FAVORITES. Plus it doesnt break apart like the powder highlights. Thank u Amazon!!!😁 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hated Stick Highlighters until this One *by K***R on February 10, 2021* I've always used powder highlighters since they blend so nicely, but in the winter when my skin gets dry I much prefer to use liquid products vs. powder. Highlighter is the one product that I was never happy with in a liquid form -- it was always too thick or didn't blend well, BUT, this one is awesome. I have applied it with my finger and also straight from the tube and in both cases it is sheer but still has a lot of illumination. It's also very very fine particles so the glow is about as natural as you can get.
