If I were still using powder I WOULD use the highlighter under the powder as it applies so nicely to the skin and it would take a very heavy application of powder to negate the benefits of the highlighter. **Q: I have fair skin and blue eyes, what color should I try?** A: I would use the light one on fair skin. The darker one might look more like bronzer on fair skin. **Q: Is it glittery? My main complaint with highlighters is that out looks like you sprinkled glitter on your face** A: Not glittery at all. Its a beautiful smooth highlight that is honestly one of my all time FAVORITES. Plus it doesnt break apart like the powder highlights.
