This machine works perfect for all three kids
We had been shopping for a pitching machine for our three children ages 12, 8 and 5 for quite some time. This machine works perfect for all three kids. This product does what it says and for the price is a great deal. We also purchased extra balls (they don't come with the machine) and found that the balls were very reasonably priced. As our children advance and the fast ball isn't fast enough this will still be a great tool for warm up and improving swing mechanics.

Kinda iffy.
We used it once and then it just quit working. We are replacing the fuse to see if that's the problem. Was really impressed with the pitch speed. Hope we can get it to work again.

Fuses
Blew two 3 amp fuses before we got to use it. Balls jam up and not all 12 fit. Once you get it working its a good rig for the money

Not at all what I expected.
Just got the balls finally, it's a wonder why it doesn't come with any. Set it up in the back yard. Got my son ready to take pitches from about 20 feet. Turned both wheels on 3 setting. Put six balls in the auto feeder and waited for the pitches. To our dismay the ball dribbled out and landed about 6 feet in front of the machine. So much for 45 mph 25 feet from the batter. More realistically it sends balls out at about 4.5 mph a distance of 5 feet from the batter. I would not re come d this for anyone at the price of $80 for the machine and $20 for the balls. Get a batting tee for $20 and and a bucket of genuine baseballs for $80, this will be a far better investment for someone who actually wants to develop their child's skills.
