Not sure on the exact volume but you can get a good idea from the dimensions of the batteries as above. **Q: Will an epi pen fit?** A: This depends on what size epi pen you have. The inner space is 4.03 inches tall and 0.83 inches and 1.47 inches in diameter (cross-section is an oval).
