The adhesive is not strong enough to hold on to a softer sole due to the sole flexing and compressing so much. Maybe if they had a really strong commercial heavy duty super glue type adhesive, but the glue that comes on these is not up to the task. I'll wager they work muuch better on a stiff leather sole that is common on classic dress shoes. **Q: Does these gadebao non-slip shoe pads make high heels quieter when you walk?** A: Nope.
