Giving this a 3 rating because the “plastic wind panels” were not included as another customer mentioned. Would have given it a 5 since it worked on the crows that were driving our dog crazy. I moved them around our small yard around every couple days and that helped. Are small enough to store until I need them for the next crow invasion.Wind panel is a minor thing but just really annoying. They should take the picture down or reference to it.

This item is worthless do not waste your money. The squirrels, chipmunks, and birds came right alongside these worthless owls and sat on my ledge. The squirrels and chipmunks dug up my bulbs and plants right under the watchful eye and nose of these owls. I can assure you, the animals are not deluded into believing these squirrels are a danger save your money and buy another type of repellent.

I believe they are actually working!

The owls look good but aren't a quality product - one plug wouldn't stay in the bottom, all three heads required heavy wind to actually rotate, the springs were very stiff restricting shaking/movement and 2 heads dragged on the body so they would rotate as they should. I'm not sure if this was due to the plastic wrap that was very tight on the owls with no padding between the owls. I also noticed that one of the heads was not properly connected to the body - returning this purchase
