Great Saw
Great little saw that gets the job done. Versatile unit can be used with wood or ceramics. Very easy control to cut strait line even over 8 foot rip. Great for tight fit areas. Drawback, 12 ft if 3/4” consumes 1/2 of a battery charge. Batteries recharge quickly. If you have 2 there is very little down time. You might want to buy a 4 amp as a backup if you don’t have a recharge ability at your work sight.

If you’re 5 years old and looking for your first power tool this is it. Doubt you could get hurt using it. Has no power. The cute water tank works as described. It is listed as a glass cutter, but not sure what kind of glass you’d want to cut with this. If you’re an eager homeowner looking for a solution to cutting something with glass look for another solution. First of all you can’t cut tempered glass. Most non-tempered glass can be scored and cut. If you’re cutting anything bigger than 1/4” you should not be looking for this tool.

Small, capable, and efficient, but not the fastest...
I purchased this for a project to try it out and use on a tiling project I am on. In doing so found that it is a very capable - small saw. It went through the tile efficiently, and the water system keeps the blade cool and from producing a lot of dust. Is it quick? Not really, and I found that after using it for around 15 minutes left the battery at 50% on the meter. It does come with two batteries to make up for the charge time required.Even with the water bottle on top it has a great balance to it. As well, the feel of the tool is solid, there are no flimsy pieces or parts. The only criticism I have is that the blade on the saw was not perfectly square, it looked like it had taken a hit in shipping.I am not a pro, but I am an around the home handyman.

box appeared to have been opened before I received it
The box had the appearance of being opened when it arrived. I took a good look at the contents & everything looked factory packed. I took it to the job I bought it for 2 days later & when I cut the tile it was wobbling & vibrating. I took a good look at the cutting wheel will it was running & it was wobbling the wheel was bent. If you need to cut tile on a vertical surface you need to cut from top to bottom or left to right if you want water to reach to cutting wheel. I found it difficult to control the saw in these positions. he saw ran at a slower RPM then I would have expected for a tile saw but still seems to cut well even with the bent wheel. If the water delivery had been better I would have given it at leas 4 stars.

Solid Performer
I’m a general contractor and this saw does a lot of in-place trimming very cleanly. A handheld grinder with diamond wheel is faster but the precision that can be achieved where the cut will be visible is hard to beat....for example at doorways where wood flooring meets concrete floor.

The saw is great for small, precise dust free cuts.
I used the saw to make small precise cuts while laying floor tile, so I did not have to run back and forth to my large wet saw.

This didn't work.
The blade would stop when I tried to cut the glass tile. I was never able to use it. When I tried to return it for the $198. I spent, UPS never showed up to pick it up (Amazon's return policy). I stopped the UPS man and he said to take it to the UPS store. I took it to the UPS store and they said the driver has the return label. I went around and around. Now the deadline to return has passed and I'm out $198.00. I'm reluctant to use Amazon now.
