A/B size was perfect for helping to fill out my RR camis and demiettes. Gave me a little more lift and comfort in my appearance. The outer edge is not a sheer as I would prefer. Need to tuck and turn to create more or a hidden appearance. Definitely comfortable and I don’t worry about them popping out!

I am very impressed with these. They stay in place and add just enough support and natural lift to give just enough improvement and shape. They especially improve your shape in dresses or anything where you need more natural lift. I have tried many other types and am sold on these. The only recommendation I would add is for a petite option as the sides stick out of the bra sometimes due to my smaller frame. But they don't slip out place or pop out the top. I have worn them while participating in very physical dance events and they stay in place even with dips and bends!

A little itchy at times, mostly when its hot. I live in Phoenix where temperatures are 100+ for months each year, so I can understand why they might be itchy. I am anxious to see if they are that way when things cool off.

Didn't get to use them, because wrong size inside packaging, twice.Package says size CD, but product inside is clearly labeled AB. (see photo)FYI, size AB is definitely too narrow side-to-side for anyone in a C or D cup bra.Re-ordered, and the replacement is the same situation. Trying one more time, being sure this time to order from NudeWear as the vendor.

My wife has tried bra inserts several times. She would sweat or they would look horrible. Well not only were these in a pretty pink bag for storage. My wife said they stayed cool while she wore them. Our son had a outdoor wedding in Georgia. It was humid! No problems she stayed cool and comfortable. They stayed in place! She had a breast reduction. She noticed the surgeon took out way to much tissue. She was left not able to fill out a bra in areas that no woman would have this sort of problem. This did the trick for her. She told me to tell you she does not know what she would do without them. She is going to order a few more just to make sure she always have them on hand. I would say these were perfect.

Not sore what it is about it but it feels weird and I can’t seem to place them in the right spot. No matter what they’re uncomfortable and I don’t see much lift either. I’d pass on these

Easy and comfortable but they do shift a bit.

I was on the hunt for a push up bikini top but they all were so bulky and looked too much like a push up bra. I decided to try these padded inserts instead and they are PERFECT! Just swap out any of your swimsuit padding for these and you are good to go. Definitely a little harder to insert these one since they are thicker but totally doable. Also still very comfortable to wear. I am a 32C and usually get a medium in swim tops.
