And supports mostly buttocks not lumbar areas. **Q: Is there anything to hold it in place?** A: Yes there is a strap. maybe in 2019 they didn't have one, but they do now and it works great. **Q: I see a cognac colored one in one of photos. Available?** A: Hi dear friend, We are sorry that just black color is available, any other problem you can contact us via email (address is: aukee2016@gmail.com), thanks. **Q: Is this made from real leather or is it PU leather? I notice another product that looks exactly the same as this one that’s about $20 cheaper.** A: It’s leather on the side that touches your lower lumbar. The other side is not, but it’s ok by me, for if it were, it would probably not stay in place when in contact with my leather seat.
