Okay for the price. Need to be careful not flip over to the back, when you recline. It happened couple of time to me already.

Brought this chair for my Mother who is 79 yrs old and she loves it!!!!

The product is made of very bad material. After a year, the skin is cracked in many places.

This chair is so uncomfortable. Takes up too much space. Can't just have heat mode

On the plus side, the chair is good looking, comfortable and not as poofy and bulky as similar. The massage and heating option is a definite plus! On the negative side, the only way to recline the chair is to engage the leg extension. It is necessary to hold the chair when doing this because the legs do not extend smoothly. More like a cannon going off. And beware, if you attempt to recline without extending the leg apparatus, the chair might tip over backwards.
