Worked Great for Me.
I've waited a while to post this and will share my story if you want to listen. Short version, This appears to work. Skip to the bottom if you want to know our spray schedule, rad the long version for specifics. The longer version: we are that clean house that came across these little turds in my son's room. It has been a month long battle so far. Full disclosure, my son's room though is a typical boy's room. Stuff all over the place. we were noticing little welts on him for a few weeks before we finally saw one of these little demons from hell. We never thought for a second the bites were from bed bugs. Much like any rational parent when they find bed bugs in their son's room, we sealed the room and proceeded a night time purging. We threw out the mattress and box spring....the box spring had a little nest.....his wood head board that had a little nest had to go too. His dresser....gone...book cases...gone....we went on a cleaning out frenzy. Any clothes of his were bundled up and scalded in the washing machine and then fried in the dryer. Stuffed animals were baked in the dryer and then for good measure, froze in the chest freezer. I then found this product. great reviews, a study from Rutgers....why not.I did a ton of reading and one of the things not to do to prevent the spread of the little demons was remove everything.....whoops...already done. Most of his stuff was thrown out and anything we were contemplating being kept was either already through the dryer or in the freezer. the rest was in the garage. we sprayed down his room as directed. Side note, his room was do for a makeover anyway so we ended up painting as well. Anyway, we vacuumed the carpet at least a dozen times in every direction, we then steam cleaned it. After 4 days of no activity, we bought a new bed and traps to put on the legs of the beds and covers on the new mattress and box spring. We sprayed again and then sprayed the traps and then set my son out for bait. Nothing....no evidence of anything. Huh...cool, got the lil bastards. We spoke too soon.We saw a couple in the family room on the couch. Out comes the spray again. Every nook and cranny of that couch and the baseboards. We came to the conclusion either A) while moving items back into his room one may have fallen onto me or B) that is where he slept for two nights and there was a rider. We found 2 more in the couch, and about 5 making a trail from the baseboards toward the couch. They were all dead though. Wait, i remember, as a precaution I sprayed the OTHER side of his wall just in case. These were little turds trying to escape his room. Nope, so sorry. The spray did exactly what it said it would. Huh...cool. we got em now.........or did we .....My daughters room was the next battleground. Now, my daughter is older and we have already purchased for her that set of bedroom furniture that's really nice so when she moves out of the house she has something to take with her. We found several in her mattress and box spring, so we spray the crap out of it. This wasn't a little kids set of furniture we can just throw out this time. Her room was then cleaned and sprayed down. More bed leg traps were bought and put into place and she was put out for bait.....SUCCESS !!! we got you this time you little demons from hell !!! They were all moving either away from her bed or towards her bed. Either way, we sprayed the traps and when the little demons hit the traps they were dead. These were little little ones. read up and you will understand. Could this be the last battle ground ? was this Custards last stand ??The little bastards made it into OUR room now !!! However, their numbers were severely depleted, you could see the two that we found had not had a meal in some time. it's working.....it's working...the tide has swung !!! So our room was then tore apart and we sprayed everything down and traps on our bed legs. This was over a week ago.We have ordered several times and now bought a gallon jug. My advice, as good as this product is, buy a gallon or more. You WILL need it. Not because the product doesn't work, but because these things are smart and they suck.I was on a trip and a week ago and our latest bottles came in and my wife sprayed everything down again. This past weekend, Memorial weekend....we sprayed everything down again. Baseboards, bed traps, furniture legs and in the case of our beds....the beds. The couches in the family rooms also got a spray down.We are heading into week 2 of absolute ZERO activity of any kind. No dead bodies anywhere and for sure, no bites. No noting anywhere including the traps. Here's the bottom line IMO.....if you get these little demons, you can beat them. It won't be quick and don't think it will be. You can't rest, and you have to be vigilant. I think the fact we caught this relatively early, were able to basically throw out all furniture and buy new furniture, made this relatively painless. Painless is a relative term though. My wife and I have hours and hours of work we put into this. We also used Diatomaceous Earth around everywhere. I may joke about it being a battle, in reality, that's what this is. You have to think ahead and plan ahead and use this product and follow their instructions to the letter. It works.Update 11/10/2017....... a final update to my story..... we did see a straggler here and there for about 3 weeks after we thought we had them all. After that, we have been clean for 3 months, knock on wood. This product in conjunction with proper cleaning and maybe some DE... you can win this battle. I still highly recommend this product.

Buy this in gallons
About six weeks ago I found bed bugs in my 2 bedroom apartment. Bought a 16oz bottle to start, as well as 16 oz of another brand. The cedar/eucalyptus smell of this brand is so pleasant... the other brand was a little weird. So I stayed with this brand when I ordered 1 more gallon, and then 3 gallons (I was getting desperate). I consider our case to be mild. Only one bedroom (3 occupants) had multiple bugs, the other bedroom (1 occupant) had maybe two bugs and no bites noticed. Every few days, sometimes once a week, I spray down the bedroom. I've also sprayed other rooms where I have seen bugs crawling the walls. I did my own experiment with adult bugs in a glass jar. First bug died immediately with direct contact with this spray, then I left spray to dry and 20 hours later added a second bug, and within 25 minutes of crawling around the dried/residual spray, it was dead! I definitely felt justified buying over 4 gallons of this stuff. Now I probably have too much of it leftover but when you compare the toxic chemical companies' prices, each application being at least $200, I can assume I spent about the same but with a safer spray. My toddler and preschooler are too precious to subject to chemicals!! I don't feel guilty spraying the dickens out of my apartment. NB I also applied diatomaceous earth around the edges of the carpets, but honestly I prefer this spray because it's less messy and doesn't get all over your vacuum, etc. I recommend this product and that you plan for multiple applications so you can reach them at different life stages and places. I know the residue is supposed to keep working but personally I feel better reapplying.

THE ONLY REVIEW YOU WILL HAVE TO READ
I live in a medium size one bedroom apartment in inner city Chicago. Up until a year ago I hadn't ever really heard anyone mention the word "bedbug" all that much. "Don't let the bed bugs bite" was about the only time I ever really heard it. First time I was curious I asked "what are they like like roaches or something? Nothing could prepare me for the demonic experience a head of me.I work in an office in downtown Chicago and one day they informed us there was a to be a bed inspection in the building that evening. That's when I found out this city and Detroit, New York have a big issue with these pests. As if I magically manifested the vermin, one morning as I was waking u, I noticed a small like bug crawling on my arm. First thought was "Ewww baby roach!! That's gross, how embarrassing". Months later how I wish that would have a sweet harmless baby roach. My bed was infested.I later did a full inspection (I was very slow in reacting to this situation), did some cross photo examination with Google. It was official, the devil was in my house. First of all if you've just discovered you have bed bugs for the first time, panic..yes, that is the appropriate response!! Maybe even swear a little. But when you're done feeling sorry about yourself, come back here. Unfortunately I did the work for you. Apparently there's support group websites out there for this lol. It is a gross vile creature. When you find the nest or see it in groups it is creepy looking. The way they look and move. You're going to have to put on your big boy pants to eradicate the enemy.I immediately threw away my bed. It was already stained with their fecal matter. They leave these disgusting gross black stains where they lump up. The problem got really bad because apparently only certain skin types visibly show their bites. My sweet sweet coco skin was impervious to their demon mark, so I never really noticed until they had amassed an army. If you deal with this early enough you might not have to throw your bed away, you know your budget. We know how it is. Your clothes could definitely be saved. In my disgust I was too hasty and threw a lot of my stuff away...Buy this thing. Don't think about it. If you have the funds do it now. It'll save you money in the long run. I have a well off buddy whose parents rent out a town home and their tenants got touched by the demon. He gave me poison and spray pump they used to supposedly get rid of the problem. I don't know what they were talking about but it was complete snake oil. I would spend the entire day cleaning my whole apartment, removing cushions, spraying in crevices, putting shoes and items in bags and spraying them down and letting them sit. It maybe made a dent. But they would always return in force. I would directly spray them when I would spot a lone exposed straggler. They would look back at me and laugh, say something derogatory and go about their business.I'm a young guy on a fixed income (yay sallie mae!) so at first I only purchased the small $20 spray bottle. Immediately I noticed the difference. First off the thing smells like the garden of eden. I don't know what those people saying it smells terrible are talking about. Its a little strong but it smells like trees or something and after a while it goes away anyway if you air out your place a little. Stop being delicate, it would seem to me getting rid of the devil is worth dealing with a little plant smell. I caught a straggler again, stopped it in its track. I saw that video on a review here where a guy directly sprays one and it doesn't kill it. Its possible he might have gotten a bad batch?I'm not getting a penny for this review. In fact, their customer service is pretty terrible. After I got the initial first bottle. I decided to go nuclear and purchase the gallon jug and sprayer. First of all, if you can a sprayer separately do so. Theirs is not very good. I guess with how great and effective the spray it is it doesn't matter. But a hose extension would be ideal to get the spray in hard to reach places. When I placed this order I was expecting to get rid of the problem once and for all. The product was damaged in transit and set back to the shipper.First off I had to contact the seller myself to get them to recognize this. Then they emailed me back telling me what happened. I had to email them back to say acknowledge that I want a replacement sent. No discount or expedited shipment offered. Canned apology and brush off is all I got. I finally got my replacement very very late. The enemy had once again built up to a formidable and threatening force. I had resorted to sleeping on a pleather futon that was like Teflon to them and a safety zone. I knew the death star was in a love seat in my living room. I dropped the nuke in the heart of the nest. The spray is strong, it absolutely works, its natural and leaves residual protection. After this last application on a weekend and after months of being uncomfortable, unhappy and completely embarrassed over the situation (my social life suffered). I was done, I never again saw another bug, just an awesome trail of little bug corpse shell casings when I would remove seat cushions. Its a little pricey compared to other snake oils advertised on amazon but much cheaper than an exterminator and other expensive toxic poisons. I pretty much got done with the problem with just the spray bottle, I still have and kept most of the gallon after the second application.Oh, and this spray, totally harmless. I'm not Bill Nye and I don't know if I even should have or if I would advise it but I would spray it on my safety zone futon for good measure and face plant right on a spot I had applied it. Didn't bother me. I now upgraded to a memory foam mattress, bed box frame, silk sheets bed in honor of my victory and am sleeping like a rotchild new born. Buy the thing and happy hunting.
