If you have a Home version model (like the 5 cord) this pull up bar should work. I have the 5-cord and this bar fits it. And I think you will really like it. The pull up bar goes at the top of the machine near where the pulleys are connected (not where the rebounder goes). I always add a couple of variations of a classic pull up and it really makes me feel like I got a good work out in. For the money this is my favorite add on after some new, stronger resistance bands. **Q: I have an older model 3 cord machine. I have read mixed reviews on if this will work with my machine? Does the black plastic cap with 2 holes in it come with the bar? The one on my machine does not have 2 holes in it. Therefore I have no way to attach it unless that piece is included?
