Review: Excellent customer service - Bought this tumbler as a Christmas present. Recipient was at first delighted but the tumbler has now stopped working. On closer inspection it appears that the brushes are worn out. So I looked to buy some replacement brushes but apparently neither National Geographic nor Blue Marble supply them!!
