Loud but no base

Bought it last month and the left side is already broken, charges for hours and it loses charge within seconds of playing, Really disappointed.

Had to send back as one bud did not work

They look like really nice earphones, comfortable to wear and look smart. They don't come with any charge so I charged them up in the carry case provided and waited for the 4 lights.The instructions seem clear, open the lid and they pair automatically and will display a light on the earphone. There are no lights and there is definitely no "paired" sound coming from any of the pieces. I checked everywhere on the earpiece and nothing is flashing or lit, yet everytime I put them back in the case it says they're fully charged.I tried double tapping (as though not paired) and it does nothing. So I tried to pair anyway to my phone and they don't appear in the list of Bluetooth devices, they're clearly not on.There's no trouble shooting guide and amusingly there is a card encouraging you to leave an honest review and to get in touch with any problems. Yet there is no email address or a way to contact them on the card.EDIT: They now work!I contacted the customer service and they asked for some details including pictures of the earphones in the case. Typically in opening the earphones came to life and I heard it say "pairing". I don't know what happened because for 30minutes I was trying to get them to work and nothing, yet they were fully charged.If this happens to you, just leave them for a while and try again.

Left earphone is so much quieter than the right!!!

I kind of liked the streambuds micro so decided to give these ago, sadly I didn't have as good of an experience with these as I did with the micro.the case is unreasonably big thanks to the buds being placed sideways, I would have far preferred an airpods style case since that would also make it easier to remove the buds, it's not like they've been subtle with the airpods copying as it is.The comfort is also similar to the airpods, they sit on the outside of your ear rather than gripping to the inside of your ear canal, I don't like this and they keep falling out, the rubber around the eartips kind of helps but doesn't solve the problem.I hardly used these buds because I just couldn't stand them, nearly everything about them I hate.Definitely look into other options, the streambuds micro isn't bad if you specifically want buds from mixx.Thanks for reading.

MIXX Audio Streambuds AX TWS True Wireless Earphones + Charging case - 24 Hours play time - wireless earbuds with touch sensor controls- Vanilla White.These came well presented in their own box so would be suitable for giving to family or friends as a gift.They are nice modern looking Earbuds and the only issue I had was getting them connected to the Bluetooth, it took many attempts but I got their eventually and got connected to my phone so I could listen to some music on amazon music!These are easy to use once you get connected to Bluetooth.The sound is average, deffinatly nothing spectacular..... I personally prefer more bass as they seem too tinny for my liking.I think these are reasonably priced and reasonable value for money but I wouldn't buy again.

These headphones are OK quality but quite comfortable to place in your ears, without any irritation. However, I was more impressed with the packaging then the actual headphones itself 😳the headphones packaging looked really nice! Very simple, yet a premium design. And looked quite expensive too! However, I was disappointed to find that these were not pre charged and that you had to charge beforehand. It doesn't state this on the manual that you need to charge it before using it, which was disappointing as I took these to the gym with me expecting them to be fully charged. Listening to music is OK on this, however when I used these to talk, I noticed a lot of lag and fuzziness. Overall, these are ok for a quick replacement but would not recommend as your everyday headphones.
