HOWEVER - NET CARB INFO - one of the ingredients (tapioca starch) is supposed to be a resistant starch and therefor not count as a "regular carbohydrate" however my best guess is that the tapioca starch is a form of IMO syrup that they count as dietary fiber. However its not really very resistant (approx 70-85% is actually absorbed and so that would mean the net carb content is actually approximately 18grams if you minus the sugar alcohol erythritol - if you wanted to subtract that - and that also would make the calorie count a little higher than the 190 calories it says on the nutrition label - I calculate 239 calories per bar.)
