Review: Honestly, the worst experience on desertcart since in 4 years - The item it’s self was ok to begin with, but after 7-8 weeks it went wrong it stopped filling with water properly so of course I wanted a replacement ( not my Money back ) but sadly it seemed impossible and trying to return it became very difficult. Firstly desertcart do not collect the item because of the toxic liquid inside the ice maker . The seller ( went out of their way to be difficult after first promising me a replacement and after a week the hadn’t sent one or been In touch. Only To find they didn’t have any stock after speaking to desertcart directly. Eventually after many messages and calling desertcart and taking pictures of the broken item in a box also waiting in 12hrs for a courier that never arrived, I was able to return the item and neither desertcart or the seller keeping to their word I am still out of pocket the entire price of the item With neither a broken ice making machine or my money back.
