The packing was one of the best.. extremely well packaged in a neat little box. However, the product does not meet that criteria. I tried it with two different Philips Norelco Clippers. Either the blade is defective or the quality is poor. The cutter couldn't cut to its finest level. I am thinking of returning this product** Update (04/19/2017): Extremely good customer support. They contacted me and made sure that the problem is addressed. It looks like the issue was not with blade but manufacturer design. These days the blade cover is sold as an individual part. Tried to find the small screws to reassemble with no luck. This happened twice with two different sets of blades.
