J World New York Rbs-19 Sundance Rolling Backpack

This bag rolls nice and smooth and has a good amount of space, but would be nice if it were a little bit bigger inside. The straps that you would take out to put on your back are very difficult to connect. If I were to get another, I would just get one without them since I do not plan to carry the bag on my back anyways. Overall though it is a great pattern and has been a great bag for daily use.

This our 2nd one in 2 years. First one broke in the same exact way. I didn’t pursue a return or compensation because I thought it might be a fluke, but it’s happened again and even sooner than the last time. It’s not a major thing, but if goes unnoticed, has potential to scratch car interior or floors at home. Plus, for as pricey as the backpack is, I expected more durability.The pros are it’s roomy and can hold a lot. Plus many options for colors/patterns; still left a bit disappointed.

The backpack is well constructed and large enough for supplies and a computer but the plastic attachment for the shoulder strap is very cheap and broke the first time it was used (even though it is a rolling backpack it has to be picked up at times, like getting on a bus). I was going to return it but decided to try a metal carbiner to attach the strap to the backpack and that seems to be holding so far.

I actually love this backpack but unfortunately the handle broke and it’s only been 4 months.I thought the quality was stronger than this…I would think there is a warranty as well but I can’t find any info. Any suggestions on what to do?

I bought this back pack for two reasons.1. it has wheels and my high schooler has a lot of stuff for school.2. The last back pack I bought was stitched together so poorly it only lasted a month before it broke.I’m afraid I made the same mistake again. It appears they missed the stitching in a few places on this back pack and I’m worried it won’t last long. Inside the main bag is a zipper to reach the rolling mechanism from the inside. It was opened and an eyelet fell out when I inspected further. Also the stitching by the one of the wheels was missed and the fabric is loose. Thirdly the stitching was missed on the bottom center where the rubber protector is sewn on. The back back was delivered this morning and hasn’t been used yet.My child wants to try it out first instead of returning it right away mainly because of current back pain.I couldn’t find a place to reach out to the seller so I’m leaving this review. I’ll let you know if it falls apart.
