It is great for cooking anything, including frying meats and veggies. No strong unwanted flavors, no excesive smoke when frying either. It is recommended to use the "Smooth" type for frying, but I never had any issues frying with the regular version.Recently, as a healthier option, I switched to Organic for just a few dollars more which is not that much more expensive. A great price for a NON-seed oil, Organic, Smooth, Extra Virgin and First Cold Pressed. The "Smooth" one is in particular recommended for frying.For the average folks, interested in a healthier cooking oil, at a great price, THIS is the best oil as quality and price.If you are lucky you can find this oil in the stores at a much higher price.I know there are those that are looking for a single source, such as the oil coming from one single country and manufacturer, sold in glass bottles, but this oil is the most affordable you can get with these characteristics mentioned above.
