Received it quickly and it was packed well. Anyone thinking of using this product for Kidney restoration and repair or balancing of energy (chi) in your emotional center (gut) it doesn't work overnight however after a month or so I felt a huge difference. My lab test for my kidneys came back normal after 6 months of use. It saved me from the prescriptions my doctor wanted to put me on : )

I feel better on this supplement. I stopped taking it for a period and started again. I noticed an overall feeling of wellness, and a definite boost in energy over the whole day during the first trial with it, and again after resuming, while during the time I stopped a noticeable lack of energy set in. I probably won't stop again to test it because I dislike feeling lethargic.

I have used this product for over one year, and it really does a great job of keeping me cold-free. Originally introduced to this product by acupuncturist for kidney health. Hard to say it has any effect on that, but as for limiting my occasions of getting sick, it works!

I use this to keep my jing levels steady. I have a thyroid disorder and when I combined this with Great Yin I was able to rebuild and stabilize myself mentally and physically. Astra Essenc also helps you recover faster from nocturnal emissions and sexual excess (if you are sensitive to that sort of thing)

Not sure if they work or not. I think my skin looks better but then I’m taking other supplements. Sorry, such a stupid review.

after a painful bout with the flu and feeling like I was going to be sick for the rest of the winter, this product stabilized my immune system and kept me from picking up any other infections in my lungs, sinues and belly for the rest of the year and I didn't get sick the following flu season either!

I live much better for taking these every night. I keep this on order every time I run close to running out.My health provider suggested this and it truly does help keep an even keel on all days. Helps keep me tuned and ready for the day.

My Traditional Chinese Medicine Physician as well as my integrative nutrition coach both recommended I take astragalus. Traditionally, it is used for people with compromised immune systems, particularly cancer patients. Thankfully, I am healthy except for a low thyroid/ adrenal fatigue, which is why I am taking it. Astra Essence has other herbs in it as well. I have been taking 3 pills twice a day for about 5 months now, either with meals or on an empty stomach. It doesn't make a difference. I find that I have more energy and feel less sluggish and fatigued when I am on these. My TCM physician says to stay on these as I am in a high stress job and these help counteract the "drained" feeling at the end of the day.
