I'm in my early 40s and have zero physical limitations whatsoever, hands or otherwise, but the way they designed the cap, it is extremely difficult, if not pretty impossible, for any of the 11 of us in my home to open this. Definitely NOT a good way to start or finish your day, fighting with a dang tube of toothpaste!!
